About Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese Spiritual, Energy Healing Technique used to balance the bodies energy centres and promote wellness within the mind, body & spirit, increasing our life force energy.
This technique is natural, safe and anyone and everything can benefit from Reiki.
Reiki is amazingly simple to learn, it is not taught in the usual sense, it is transferred through an 'attunement' process that is given by the Reiki Master to the student and is permanent, this allows the student to tap into the unlimited supply of 'life force energy' allowing them to improve not only their own life but those they choose to treat as well.
While Reiki is spiritual, it is not a religion and anyone can learn and be 'attuned' to this beautiful technique.
Like any healing, Reiki is a journey.
Level 1 is the beginning of your Reiki journey.
How does Reiki Heal?
Reiki heals by universal energy flowing through the affected parts of the energy field (aura), chakra and meridians, charging them with positive energy. The Reiki (energy) raises the person's VIBRATION and healing occurs on all levels. One can quickly shift negative attitudes, hostility towards others, and pain both emotionally and physically.
Reiki can be used to treat physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dis-ease. Many people have reported a complete recovery or major reduction from pain whether that be on a physical or metaphysical level.

Modern Mystic Yogi, Spiritual Healer, Reiki Master & Trainer
Katrina has always had an interest in Natural Health, Beauty and Wellness since she was 19. As she completed her high school years, she worked within food and the Hospitality industry for many years. In 2012 Katrina graduated with her Certificate 4 in Beauty Therapy, which included Massage and went on to complete her Diploma equivalent. This career has allowed me to develop exceptional skills as a Therapist, listening to client’s needs and helping them as best as I could.
As her passion and knowledge grew over the years, she went on to complete her Certificate 4 in Nutrional Food Coaching to give her an understanding of how food truly is medicine for the body and how she could further help her clients with this knowledge.
During these years, Katrina also began her spiritual Journey when she met her first Mentor, a beautiful Earth Angel, to guide her on her journey of self discovery and how important she is to the Earth and the souls she has helped and is destined to continue helping throughout her life. An eager to learn Katrina, delved deeply into learning more about Angel Therapy, Oracle & Tarot Cards, Crystal Therapy, developing her intuition and psychic abilities to learn all she could about these mystical modalities.
Katrina continued to learn more about her gifts and came to know of her healing abilities through Reiki as she studied her Healers Course, where she became a Reiki Master and Energy Healer. Katrina is passionate about how the Mind, Body and Soul all need to work together to find balance.
Katrina has now had a calling to educate those on their path to finding who they are through these Holistic Practices and mystical modalities, and the courses like these I am creating with my online Mystic School. The balancing of Mind, Body & Spirit will make one whole and complete.
Katrina is now delving deeply into her 500 hr Yoga Teacher Training to gain extensive knowledge and skill so she can help more people through these practices as well.
