Cancellations & Re-Bookings A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you are re-scheduling or cancelling your treatment. For all treatments within 24 hours notice of cancellation or re-scheduling, a 50% charge will apply. Full charges apply if there is non attendance without notice. Please note, there are no refunds for distance Services.
